  • Identity & Verification Data: name, date of birth, gender, address, identity documents (e.g. passports, driver’s licences, utility bills) collected to comply with our KYC/AML obligations (austrac.gov.au, austrac.gov.au).

  • Transaction & Financial Data: account details, transfer amounts, beneficiary information, currency exchange rates, collected to process money transfer and currency conversion services.

  • Usage & Technical Data: device information, IP address, cookies, website usage via Google Analytics or similar — to optimize our services and support decision‑making (asic.gov.au, asic.gov.au).

  • We do KYC verification with Third-party verification (TPV) service providers.

We retain identity, transaction, and AML/CTF-related data for at least seven years, in line with AUSTRAC retention rules (austrac.gov.au).
